In my early years in network marketing, my biggest challenge was helping new recruits stick with it beyond the initial stages of rejection.
When I brought someone new into the business, the dreaded question always followed: "What do I do now?"
My response was the classic, yet daunting: "Make a list of 100 people and start reaching out to them." 🤦🏻♀️
Most would either look at me like I was crazy and quit before getting started, or they'd follow my instructions and face swift rejection. The first time someone you love and trust accuses you of being in a pyramid scheme is often the first and last test in network marketing—this is where 99% of people quit.
When I launched my new business with Amare Global 6 years ago, I vowed to do things differently. I developed a launch system rooted in attraction marketing, aimed at helping people secure wins right from the start by creating engaging social media content that naturally draws in leads.
Getting a win on day 1 builds confidence, and it makes recruits less likely to quit. My team now uses a launch process that consistently brings in leads within the first 10 days. For many, this process helps them earn back their initial investment in just one week.

DAY 1: Spark Curiosity: Start with a post that hints at something exciting coming up, but don’t reveal it all at once. This builds anticipation and curiosity among your audience. You want to let people know you are starting something new and that you are excited. You don't want to reveal what you're doing just yet. This creates intrigue and most people will start getting messages from people asking them what they're up to. This sets them up for getting leads before they've even made the big reveal.
Day 2: Share Your Story: 1-2 days later you want to make your big announcement post. This post is all about telling your story. You want to share why you joined your company and what you're excited about. If you already have a transformation story then you can share that. If you haven't tried the products yet that is okay. You just need to share what your'e looking forward to and ask people to come along on the journey with you. This reveal connects emotionally with your audience and invites them to learn more.
Day 3: Tell your story again through live video. Some people prefer video over text, so follow up your story with a live session where you can reiterate your journey and interact in real time. This step reinforces your message and reaches a wider audience.
Day 4: DAILY STORIES. Consistently use stories to showcase your use and love for the products. Talk about them, demonstrate them, and share your genuine experiences. This continuous engagement keeps your audience informed and interested. Stories are one of the best ways to get into conversations with people because when they respond they are right in your DMS. Most sales come from people engaging on your stories.
You can follow this exact process on any platform but the key is choosing the one where you already have the most engagement and the largest following. You don't want to launch on a platform where nobody is watching because you won't get any leads. your launch is meant to leverage your warm market and your existing influence.
